The town of the Blue Mountains is a wonderful place to live and visit with the some of the best scenerary and active lifestyle activites souther Ontariohas to offer. With over 1m tourists a year its a hub for vacationers coming uo fro busling Toronto. howeverwith all this tourism oppurtunity did you know that there is a strict bylaw in place regulating the use of homes unless granted by this law. In other words you can NOT rent your house out unless you have a STA license with potential to face fines upto $50,000. Howerever where there is regulaton there's also oppurtunity. I'm positive that the town when they created these laws werent ready for how this world would change. I can tell you this these licesed chalets/ homes have incredible ROI and insanly high cap rates some even breaching the 200k per year gross!!!
